September is here heralding the start of Spring- and whilst the days are still invigoratingly fresh, we can see new life blossoming all around. So time to start thinking about how you can embrace this seasonal change for self rejuvenation and renewal.
I would suggest starting with focus on the fuel you’re running on…adding some fresh veges and eating a colorful plate are easy steps to freshen up your diet. Think about adding some plant proteins such as lentils and consider if you’re consuming enough good fats such as avoc
ado, nuts and seeds.
While you’re freshening up your diet you might like to think about your skin. Our body’s biggest organ can suffer greatly during the colder months so now is the time for dry skin brushing or whole body exfoliation. Using a natural fibre brush, work with long strokes on dry skin moving upwards towards the heart. This will assist with circulation, sebum levels, cellulite and detoxification through the skin. I find this quite an energising activity so recommend you perform it before your morning shower.
Now that you’re feeling fresh it might be time to consider how you can maintain this…healthy eating, natural body products and low/no toxin cleaning products will have a massive impact on your health…why not try something new today?
